KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Manager specialising in artistic outreach program, event production coordination, print and traffic management, publishing editorial and advertising coordination.
• Head of Dance managing a large number of students within International school Cambridge curriculum
• Artistic Director for Junior and Senior school productions as Musicals and dance recitals
• Active Learning Coordinator developing active and creative activities (Music, Design & Technology, Art, Dance and Fitness) through different projects for KS3 secondary students as a motivational, Team building, self-esteem and creative programme.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Launch and develop an ECA dance programme in the new facilities of Headstart International school Phuket (Thailand) in September 2015 for the students from Foundation to KS5. The programme grew from 90 students in September 2015 to 280 registered students beginning of 2020, offering a wide range of disciplines from Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Cheerleading, Aerial and Foundation Gymnastic.
• Coordination of the music outreach program VAE (Validation of experiences and knowledge to obtain the Music Teaching Degree State Diploma) at the Music and
Dance institutes of the regions of Aquitaine (PESMD) and Poitou-Charentes (CESMD) in France.
• Organisation and Production management of the festival “Rencontres régionales des amateurs” (Music, Dance, Circus, Theatre, Street performers) over a period of
two years for the French State Association Musique et Danse en Poitou-Charentes. Management of 2000 artists, a team of 30 technicians, 14 stages, 20 volunteers)
• Supervision of the Dance sector in the Region of Poitou-Charentes (France) for one year for the French State Association Musique et Danse Poitou-Charentes.
• Organisation of several projects like artist residency program, conferences, performances and grant applications.
• Launch and Management of the 64 pages bi-monthly Australian magazine “Rowing Magozine” distributed in Newsagents Australia wide and by subscription over a
period of 3 years.
